The Undersigned, as a principal in the company applying
for access does hereby agree to the terms and conditions listed below in their
entirety. If any part of these terms are found to be unenforceable in a court
of law, the balance of this agreement will continue if force. The undersigned,
hereafter known as Customer, acknowledges that access to our web site is a
privilege and we may remove, modify or change that privilege as deemed
necessary by North American EDM Supplies Inc. Further, Customer agrees that
North American EDM Supplies Inc. will not be liable, in any manner for
typographical errors, lost profits, business potential or lost income either
directly or indirectly resulting from use of our site, information and / or
products. Further, Customer has read our separate Internet policy and agrees to
this policy. Customer agrees all litigation will occur in a Northeastern
district
Customer agrees and acknowledges that our site contains proprietary and sensitive information; as such Customer agrees to hold this information in strictest confidence. Information gained from our web site is not to be printed, stored or dispersed in any manner to any person or company. Customer agrees this information is forbidden to be provided to either a direct or indirect competitor, either directly or indirectly, and accepts all responsibility for lost profits, loss of business, loss of market share and loss of revenue to North American EDM Supplies Inc. And any of its sister companies caused directly or indirectly by Companies actions or inactions. Customer agrees that if it is deemed that such breach of confidence has occurred but the exact amount of damage to North American EDM Supplies Inc. or its sister companies can not be definitely ascertained, that loss will be set at $250,000.00 USD. Customer further agrees that personal and company assets will secure this agreement and loss. Customer agrees that North American EDM Supplies Inc. will monitor DNS link used to access our system and can use this information. North American EDM Supplies Inc. warrantees that all software and cookies from North American EDM Supplies Inc. are free from virus, worms or destructive coding.
North American EDM Supplies Inc. does not sell, distribute, rent or provide Customer data to any other company. We maintain the highest level of Customer privacy.
